Yes, you may choose to discontinue a paid account at any time. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and your account will automatically downgrade to a Free Account at the end of your paid subscription period. You can resubscribe at any time.

Absolutely! You can easily add users to Team or Business plans mid-cycle. If you start with a Free or Pro plan, you'll have to upgrade to at least a Team plan before you can add other users.
You have the choice to be billed monthly or annually. We recommend annual billing so you can save 30%! We currently accept credit card payments, but if you are interested in paying via ACH, contact our sales team who can answer questions and assess your eligibility.
